Registration for the conference and/or training workshops

*** The deadline to benefit from special rates is extended to 15th october 2024 ***

You can register online for the conference and/or training workshops before 1st September 2024 to benefit from special rates (see below) by following the procedure below:

1. create a Sciencesconf.org account by clicking on https://sondages2024.sciencesconf.org/user/createaccount OR log in if you already have an account;
2. Once you have logged in, click on the link below or on "My registration" in the "My account" section of the left-hand sidebar and follow the instructions.

INSCRIPTION

N.B. Registration fees are waived for members of the Scientific Committee, workshop instructors, guest speakers, moderators and round table guests. These people are still required to register.

Fees and payment

The conference fees are as follows:

* Société Luxembourgeoise de Statistique ** International Association of Survey Statisticians

Registration fees include access to the various conference sessions, coffee breaks and the gala dinner on Thursday 7 November 2024.

There is a fee for the training workshops on Tuesday 5 November 2024: the registration fee is €60 for the chosen workshop.

Payment can be made by one of the following means

• online by credit card: if you choose to pay online, you will be redirected to the SFdS payment gateway.  Click on the type of card you wish to use and fill in the information requested. Don't forget to click on the red 'CONTINUE' button. Your payment will be complete when you see the message that your payment has been processed and you are back on the conference website. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a payment confirmation email. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the organisers at sondages2024@sciencesconf.org.

• Order form: The order form should be sent to the conference secretariat. The order form must be made out to the Société Française de Statistique, quoting the name of one of the participants, and sent preferably by e-mail to sondages2024@sciencesconf.org. with the subject line [Sondages 2024 order form] or by post to the following address:

You will receive an e-mail confirming your payment once it has been validated by the event's treasurer.

• Bank transfer: you will be given the conference's bank details when you register. If you do not remember them, please contact the organisers at sondages2024@sciencesconf.org. You will receive an email confirming your payment as soon as the payment has been validated by the event's treasurer.

*** During the transfer, please mention you name (first name and surname) and the objet of the transfer (registration Colloque Sondages 2024) *** 

With regard to the last two methods of payment mentioned above, please note the bank details of this account, which is dedicated to the conference (and therefore different from the one used for memberships to the Association).
